  • You can send the gift instantly by email, schedule it for a future date, or download a PDF to print at home. Scheduled delivery uses the recipient timezone when configured.

  • Default validity is shown on each product page (commonly 12 months from purchase). The exact date appears in the confirmation email and on the PDF.

  • Recipients can choose from experiences linked to the purchased BreezeBox. Availability depends on partner calendars — booking is instruction-based in v1.

  • You’ll be able to resend from your account and admins can trigger a resend — delivery events are tracked for support.

  • Refund policy follows consumer regulations and Stripe payment status. Initiated gifts may be limited once partially redeemed — details appear at checkout.

  • Use Partner with us. We onboard partners with clear redemption instructions and dashboard access as those modules go live.
